The whole thing went a little something like this:
"Ring Ring" <--- phone
"Hi, this is [blahblah] from Video Ezy, is Meghan there?" <-- them
"Speaking...." <--- me
"Are you still interested in working here?" <-- them
"*silent squee* yes, thankyou" <-- me
"blah blah interview at 12 blah" <-- them
"thankyou verymuch" < --- me
At 12:
**interview**... asked me alotta weird stuff. Very pedantic. Afraid I lied. Said I liked people. *shrugs* I do get along with people, though.
So, anyway
"Blah blah call at 2 blah"
"Wiked cool. Thanks"
At 2:
"Hey, we'd like to offer you a job.. rock up at 4 until 8."
"*twitch* Ok, cool, see you then"
That may not be exactly what happened.
But yeah, now I work at Video Ezy, which means not only do I get to rent out weeklies for free [woohoo!]
but I also get to rent out... preeeeviews! YES! Preeeviews!
You know what that means?
Whole movies
months before
they're released on DVD/VHS
*triumphant evil laughter*
And what's more, I'm being paid!
AHAHH
And the hardest thing I have to do is put away tapes.. oh, this is a good job.
Oh, in other news, I finished Cloudstreet. Liked it. Favourite character was Quick. and Sam.
School tomorrow, do-bop-wah
This means, my dears, that I won't be online very often anymore. In fact, on msn only on Fridyahs and Saturdays definately.
*gasp*
Yes, it is true.
I'll still be updating my LJ though, because I have Digital... no, Interactive Media. Muhaha.
So, my life will be cut into violently with a chainsaw.
But, yes, life in the wide world goes on.
ooglyboogly, new line from POTC.. on preview-tape-trailer: "You're not dealing with normal pirates. ...Well, horrid bloodthirsty evil pirates, yes, but these are horrid bloodthirsty evil pirates that cannot be killed."
