I've been doing lots of work on my thing, with the dragons and the mans and stuff, but it's not finished so... you can't see it.

What does everyone think about Windows Vista? I want it, it reminds me of mac stuff and macs are sexy. Suggesting that I get a mac instead is not any kind of logic. Because it's not going to happen. :/
Speaking of computers, I want to get a fairly good fairly affordable graphics card, but I don't know where to start. I'd like to know what to get to prevent it from being outclassed before I install it. Any suggestions from people what know?

I need to go back to uni. Semagic is telling me that "reminds" isn't spelt right, and I can't remember whether this is a hideous lie or not.

So Harry Potter is going to end this year. I'm excited about the book. I want to know if my Regulus Black Theory was right, not that I can remember what it involved right now. Time for a re-read, I think, after I finish re-reading The Hobbit.

Now I'm going to go wash my car. It's filthy. Horribly filthy.

Vista == horible badness
thats not spelt correctly and I dont care, thats how much I dislike vista.

Vistas inbuilt DRM means that if you run your monitor on a resoltion of greater than 800x600 (read, EVERYONE) and you play some "protected" content, unless you have the latest and greatest $1200 dollar video card and moniter, your screen resolution will be dramatically shafted.
It also has the functionality to TURN OFF your hardware, if they decide there is a slight possibility of you pirating something, regardless of weather you have or not. they just go, if this person has this device, we will disable the driver because it can possibly be used for piracy.


And i'm done. bottom line, dont get vista until after at least the first service pack, or untill you have NO OTHER choice.

Regalus Black? I think the theory for that one was the note where the horcrux was supposed to be was signed by R.A.B, and Regalus is the only person we know whose name fits.
