Hiya everyone, I was just wondering if any of you know how to make a text background appear on a link on mouseover... you know, like CSS colourchange of the text but it's the background surrounding the text?
Also, does anyone know of an Australian [ideally West Australian] webhosting company? And the location of a PHP tutorial?
