Ah, good old Sands. There's nothing like Sands fanfiction for anger. He's a very angry chap, you see, and it's good, because when he's angry he kills people, and there's nothing like violence to please an angry mind.

Ahem. Sorry.
But today was not a happy day for me, despite there being ROTK cups at work and despite [livejournal.com profile] uruserce and Tessa being there for a while, making things happy and good.

I'm just in an irrationally bad mood now.
*rants*
Not wanting to go back to school is bad for me, because it makes me irrationally angry. I hate not being able to control what I do. Hate it. Hatehatehate, blah blah blah. I don't think I'm conventionally a control freak - I don't care what other people do, and whether I influence them or not. Don't care. But can't stand not being able to dictate what I'm going to be doing.
It irks me, ok?

I want to be an action movie... not hero, bah! Boring. [Appologies to El] villanous chaotic neuteral types are the way to go. And violence. blood. Copious ammounts of it.
Yeah.
...blame Sands.

I'm done now, there's really no point in continuing to rant about how generally bleak my outlook on life for the next term is... in other news, 31 days to ROTK on DVD

I understand your anger!

I hate going back to school. I *hate* how school controls my life and everything that I do. I *hate* it.

*sigh* *hugs*

I want to be an action movie
I agree... wait. In an action movie or an actual movie. Generally I wouldn't question and just assume you want to be in one, but seeing as it is you, and you're one of my friends, I have to clarify this.

But the thing about being in an action movie is that if you aren't the hero, you're likely to die, so as to force the hero to take some action. And if you aren't in any relation to the hero, and are, in fact, a bad guy or bad guy sidekick, then you die because the hero kills you. And if you have never met the hero, and are otherwise indifferent to him, you are either blown up in a hero/enemy fight, or not seen anywhere in the movie except for 1.5 seconds of panning.

Sands isn't actually that much of an exception because he suffered a fate worse than death, well bad. Or so everyone thinks and therefore 'justice' is done. But of course, seeing as he was a semi-hero, well important character he was given a second chance, which tends to happen for chaotic neutrals because that aren't the type to cause pain for pleasure, or laugh maniacally at someones pain. Therefore they are redeemable in the public eye and spared. (Often to turn good :-( )

Yes chaotic neutral IS the best alignment to be. We're not fence-sitters, we know where we are at and we are at where it best suits us. And we aren't villanous! We are just seen as that because we look after ourselves. I'd prefer sensibility to selfishness, but it is of little consequence. That is why Sands is so appealing to me as a character. He does what he does and screw what other people think. And even when he is dealt the crippling blow that is supposed to knock him out of the game, he goes on. Proving that what doesn't kill you will only make you stronger *wipes away tear* I personally, can only see one fault with being chaotic neutral...

So, anyway, end result: chaotic neutral outlives everybody! The end.
