Between you and me, I'm so glad that today's over. So, so glad. Not that today was a bad day, it was a good day. In RE we watched a movie starring Faramir. His first line, I dare be sworn [damn. must un-Shakespeare-ise], was "The Ring will go to Gondor". Although we all know that Faramir didn't really say that, he was just taken by a sudden bought of shocking irationality, but, you know. it was fitting, as he seemed to be trying to stop someone from taking away his apparantly non-lepourous friend. Again, struck by that irationality. Poor dear.
[There was alot of irationality in that class. Like randomly shouting "look! it's Faramir!" and declaring over and over that it was David Whenam that was the famous Aussie actor. Ok, so Sam Neil was in it too. And he's damn cool. Damn damn cool. But, digressing from the point, here.
Today was a good day to come to a close because I had FIVE assessments today. Yeah, FIVE. One Lit long essay [fun! I actually enjoyed writing that], a Lit Oral presentation [Othello, 3.3. I got to be Iago. W00t], a History Oral presentation [pssh... the White Army SuX0red] and a Maths test, which, egads, I think I did really well in.
Of course, that said...
And, last night, watched the end of Henry.. the, uh, 8th, I think.
It had BOROMIR in it! So now I've seen two movies in the space of two days [in age-of-brother order, too] starring the noble sons of Denethor.
Of course, they seemed to think they were other people. pssh.
But yes. Sean Bean played a stong military leader who the men of the army adored and admired for his general coolness and prowess as a leader and soldier. He ended up dying fighting against overwhelming odds, and was only taken down due to 3 crossbow bolts. I lie not.
Sound familliar? Of course it does.
Anyway, I should go now, sleep, rest, all that jazz. Yeah. Zorro was on last night, and I missed it, again. Damn.
