Birthday!

I like LJ cuts.

Anyway, today was.. an average birthday, really. Not my favourite so far, but it started off very well!

So, I'm counting Saturday too since that was fun and birthdayish and stuff, or at least, saturday evening. Gavin brought me an awesome bracelet, which is gold, and super shiney. It's pretty heavy, and I haven't really seen one like it before. So now I have all kinds of jewellery (bling) to wear. Yay! Then we went out for dinner. It was a Thai restauraunt, Roxbys or something? Roxy.. nah, maybe more like Roxbys. Anywhoo, that was very nice, very tasty. Rather a classy building, although they were a bit remiss when planning their parking space (we parked across the street, some other person with a black sportscar (which is for sale!!) parked on their lawn, lols), and it was very busy. The food came quickly though... suspiciously quickly..
Then we went to Kings Park and walked around, looking at the pretty city lights, the prettier tree lights, and all that stuff. It was nice, although cold. Drove around on the scenic route through the park and around the river a bit before going home and shooting each other remorselessly in Killzone, a fantastic romantic evening :D (no really, I mean it).

I can't remember if we watched that silly stuck on you movie that night or sunday night. Whichever one the movie was played on was the one we watched it on. It was silly.
Matt Daaaaaaymoonnnnnn.

Lolz.

Then monday morning was good, but sad, because I had to wake up earlies and go to print out my assignment of DEATHZORZ.
(Got to uni at 9 and pressed print on computer, got assignment at 10 from the printer. MADNESS.)

But then found out my Dad was in hospital, which freaked me out something crazy and put a severe downer on my birthday happy, even though I was told it wasn't serious. (By the way, it all went smoothly, he got his Tonsils out and should be home tomorrow, crossfingers), but yeah, considering the past week I really did not need any more loved ones in hospital. So I went home and instead of having family peeps there nobody was home, so I moped around with Bonnie, who was glad of the attention, drew some drawings for my *cough*100%bluffing*cough* abstract interpretation assignment, and drove all the way back to uni.

At uni I was overcome by stress sickness - I felt shaky, dizzy, lightheaded and sick - so I got my pin-up-presentation over and done with as quickly as possible and left. i was going to go home but told myself I would have nobody to blame but myself for being mopey on my birthday if I did that so instead! After receiving happy birthday messages from some of mah awesome friendzors went to unisfa/tav and ended up playing pool/drinking free birthday coke with [livejournal.com profile] drayke_, James and James (it amuses me to list two names that are the same) or [livejournal.com profile] i_am_the_end and *mental blank* JAMES! I've forgotten your LJ username! Ah! *checks* oh, that's right, I am so very sorry [livejournal.com profile] humansoul4rent from whom came the awesome Birthday Coke (thankee!).
[livejournal.com profile] im_the_end and I teamed up against [livejournal.com profile] humansoul4rent and lost, although you couldn't really say we lost spectacularly... I think...

Then my mum called and flipped out at me so I had to leave :'(
She appologised for like the rest of the night so I half forgive her.
My brother and I went to visit my dad, but for some crazy reason decided to catch the train in. Royal Perth and all that. Was all sweet on the way in, and itwas good to see mah Daddeh, who was glad to see us, but on the way back we waited on a cold, windy, rainy platform for half an hour for a late train, which was less fun.
Also meant no nandos for dinners. :'(

But my family have declared the first night that my dad can eat real food again my replacement birthday night, so yay, good food and cake and stuff.

Enough with the belated birthday stuff!
