I have no idea how long this'll be...
I got the Sleepy Jackson Album today.. it's really good. (Thanks [livejournal.com profile] armygeek, that's your birthdai present for me, as in, that's what I bought...lol, took me long enough, didn't it...)
It's really interesting... very different, they don't seem to have one style, it's inconsistent, changing from song to song. Which is interesting. Different from what I remember of the concert, but, of course, I couldn't really hear anything lyric wise at the concert due to the stage being cluttered with the 'Chair's stuff and SJ being in a straight line, and the drum drowned out the vocals, and the bass messed with the guitar.. actually, it's surprising they sounded as good as they did, all things considered. Credit to them.
Hmm.. other cd I bought with birthday pressie gift voucher was Magic Dirt - Tough Love (thanks Aunt Pol... Which is also really really good.
Hmm.
I think I'm gonna make stealthic's layout... different. I'm gonna figure it out, somehow, to make chromeless windows or something for links other than the HP, because it'll take way too long to make all of them the same as the hp, but I don't know. Confused.

Got on the Ghost Ship on Wind Waker today. Dissapointed. It was so pretty, and so promising, but all it was was another ship interior with a whole heap of monsters to fight and a Triforce Chart at the end. I felt ripped off, I spent so damn long chasing that ship, and it was so pretty, and it had such cool music, and that's all I get from it, and now its gone, I don't even have a pretty map of its whereabouts anymore, and I didn't take a pictograph of it. (Pictograph not misspelled. Pictograph box = item on Zelda) Feel very slighted indeed.

First day of that writing thingo today. It was fun, as writing things always are.

RP-ing Orlando Bloom is really fun. Ahh, the hilarity of it all. I think we have a person who thinks our RP-Elijah is real, though. Maybe. Well, they did propose marriage. *shrugs*

I really have to see Pirates Again, not seeing it for so long is doing things to my head.. it's almost worrying.

I had a cool dream last night....

I was at the Maritime museum in Freo, the cool new one built out over the water, you know the one...
And they had a.. I suppose it wasn't really a 16th century War Galley, I thought it was, but it was more like a really massive yacht built in the style of the war galleys, and I was walking along, and this huge ship/boat/yacht was right near the big glass wall overlooking the ocean, and I thought it looked a bit precarious just hanging there, I touched the bow, (I don't know how I could reach it... O.o) and it moved, so I moved quickly away.
Then, you know how that place has three levels (I think, I've only been there once!), well, there was a commotion up at the top level, and sure enough, there's Jack Sparrow, sorry, Captain Jack Sparrow, saying something about getting his ship back, then he jumped onto the big boat thing, cut the ropes holding it up, the boat swung through the glass wall, and out into the ocean. It was really cool and action-movie like (but probably physically impossible). People chased after him. Then it cut to something, I don't know, a toilet block or something bizarre like that, and I think I was a Pirate, or someone that was associated with Cap'n Sparrow and didn't want him to be caught and hanged, so I escaped into this little... crawlspace in the wall, but I tricked this guy (normal - current era clothes) to show me where to go, and, oh yeah, I was a pirate, because I distinctly remember saying something along the lines of "Just because you...something I can't remember. vaguely to do with helping, and owing it to someone or whatever... I'm still a pirate... and I still have to get away, through you or around you... something something something." So the guy didn't move, and I didn't end up shooting him, because in my 1337 Pirate ness I tricked him and ran off to the ship that Cap'n Sparrow was on. Then the dream changed, and this part I only really incredibly vaguely remember,
it was a house, an old weatherboard style house, which was painted what I have dubbed "70's kitchen-bathroom blue-green". There was either a ghost or a dog or something there... and there was a problem, with something.. There was also a pool, and I had to fix the problem with the ghost, or the dog, and I don't know whether I did.
But it was a good, bizarre dream, and I am proud.

I like my subconcious mind.

The trouble is, it rarely provides me with deep, insightful thoughts about life the universe and everything, and that leaves my concious mind to do that, which makes life difficult.
I am proud of my trippy, fandom dreams, though.

I think that will be all.

Actually, I think that will be all for tonight.
