1.put two Um3 batteries in the battery case 1 with the correct.
2.switch on the volume control(4) and adjust the volume level
4. to press reset (2) and digit turning button scan (7) once press, the radio will in order upward automatically hunting and lock to fix, may liten to 88-108 MHz FM broadcast
I'm willing to bet actual real money that the person who penned this either did not speak English or was less than intelligent.
