Gah! Food...so good... yet... so bad, also.

So anyway, today at work I got some customer rage! Woo!
It went like this:
I was serving this guy, right, and talking and stuff, as it is, in my opinion, nice to be nice. So then this woman butts in and is like "this movie didn't work. *angry stuff*" and I was like "sorry 'bout that' I'll put a credit for a weekly on your account" (default response to that), and went back to serving my dude. I would have been nicer if she hadn't butted in, but she did. Then she does AGAIN, and she's like "babbles some crap about $2 movies, or something" and I'm like "uh, I'm not sure, what was the movie?" *still all polite* and she's like "snaps something"
Then I say "Well, I don't know..." and was about to say "If you'll just wait till I finish serving this customer I'll have a look for you" but she says "well, you don't know very bloody much do you?" and storms off... if I didn't like my job, I would have called after her "Oh yeah? Well, I've got and am getting a better education than you ever will, youuuuu f!!ker"

Yes, it made me angry-Ghan.
That woman was, to me, proof that Some People are Only Still Alive Because it's Illegal to Kill Them.

Damn... I opened up a whole new tab just now to look for something I was going to mention in this post... and it's completely slipped my mind. Damnit.
I'm really looking forward to picking up that coat... randomly. Yep.
I miss Gavin. It's doing strange things to my brain. *sigh*

I think I will make a list.
I want to see:
1. Steamboy
2. The House Of Flying Daggers
3. uh... there was more.

Well... that didn't work too well...
I think I'll go now.

I assume from this you work in a video store...?
What one?
How much do you get paided?

I need a job and I was thinking a video store may be the go, but I'd only have a chance of a job in the big chain ones and I fear they pay teeny tiny amounts.

Yep, I do. Video Ezy, $8.85 an hour, unless you're 18, then it's like $10.45 an hour. Which is still pretty crap..

It's a pretty cruizy job. Don't go blockbuster, because they'll overwork you. VE is pretty good as far as I know, but I think Civic would be better.

wow. nasty.

I'd probably be able to tolerate getting paid so little if people like my sister weren't earning twice as much in job that involves little more work to compare to. Curse them!

*wonders how much big chain bookshops pay*

yeah... but like I said... as much as it burns, it's a hell easy job.

Yeah... hehe... what does she do?

Omg. Bookshop job would be love. I think they're a bit more elitist and hire older people, from what I've noticed, though.

Claire's working behind the bar at a bowls club. Just pours beers for old men.

I think book stores would be a little more elitist, but the big chain ones wouldn't be tooooo impossible to get. Maybe for me with my complete lack of experience and so forth :/

Chances are I'll end up working in a video place. I'm too lazy for much else that somebody like me would have a chance of getting.

Nice... maybe?

Yeah.. and book store would be awesome.

Video store is the ultimate job for the slothful, I tell you.

Evan used to work at A&R.

The petrol station he works at now pays double to what they did.

House of Flying Daggers is my kind of romance...
It's more of an action move than a romance though. :D

Oh? How come? Any particular reason, or just one of those movies you... just don't like?
