Oh my sweet lord, what is that?! *points*
Jul. 25th, 2004 10:21 pm*cowers, shielding eyes with hands dramatically, thrumming music in background*
Sands: I hate you. Stupid "Oh, light, oh, my eyes hurt, oh, pain" person. Don't think I don't hate you just because you're currently in control of me, you insufferable prat.
...Sands! I'm shocked and offended!
But anyway, today I did most of my Lit essay, bar the conclusion, damn, I hate conclusions. And I need to slip some morecheap references in to Othello. I actually hate the essay, from a creative-expression point of view, so, really, judging on my feelings for essays in the past, I should do quite well (funny ol world, innit?)
But I made some icons today, one of which I am insanely proud of [being the Crow Icon.. more on that later.]
and I thought I'd

and, although I didn't make these ones today

Also, took Bonnie for a walk.. yay! Bonnie!
Um, what else... oh, I played some Arcanum... I totally owned a crypt of Zombies (bananas come in hands, watermelons in crates, cards in decks, zombies in crypts. or um, crap, I've forgo.. mausoleums. not really, though) with my mad l33t Ogre berserker summoned to do my bidding, and my sw33t protection from undead spell of coolness... [Quite funny, really, because even though she's not, I want my Arcanum character to be a vampire... hey, it's a phase, alright?]
On the note of the cooler side of undead, I have a question, beneath a cut, because I'm pedantic about avoiding spoilers for people whom haven't read bookses
Did Armand die? He was dying, yes, and he left and didn't take his coffin, so did he die? Or did he simply leave Louis? Hm? Thoughtment.
Ugh, stomachache.
Um.. what else... um um um... I'm going to buy Lestat the Vampire tomorrow, as I think that's the second book. And there's nothing anyone can do to stop me, muahahaaaaaahahaaah.
...
yes.
Oh, this: I realised that I left out Claudia before on my list of favourite characters. I like Claudia. Third favourite.
And in a strange way, I'm curious about Santiago, too. Not like, really, just curious.
And I think that's enough inane babble for you all to contend with/scroll past on friends page.
Oh, but I would like some help with some ideas for making my info page less crap, I would shower you with praise and gifts for help. *nods* [am thinking of making journal friends only, just to be contrary, but I don't know if I would bother making entries friends only any more often than I already do]
Oh, right. (I are stupid n00b) the Crow thing. Well, I was listening to Zombies by the Cranberries, and with the line ...their violence causes silence... I started thinking about the Crow and got all sad completely out of the blue and made the icon. It was truely bizarre, and that's all I have to say.

Date: 2004-07-25 08:41 am (UTC)It always reminds me of the Anzac day masses and images of people dying. Which doesn't make me sad *cough* heartless bithc *cough* but angry.
ahem...yes, I digress...its an awesome song, and no, I can't think of anything other than your sparrkling effervenscent personality to brighten up your info page. The truth shall set you free.

Hmm...I think that may have been said by some fanatic as he burnt heathens. Doesn't really apply to you then. *looks suspicious* You'd think dot dot dot
What I meant was write the truth and you'll be the better for it, but in a less preachey way.

Date: 2004-07-25 09:42 am (UTC)But you see it's not me it's not my family.
In your head, in your head they're fighting.
'With their tanks and their bombs
and their bombs and their guns' in your head, in your head they're dying...
I like that part because it sounds so world weary.

And running in the streets.
I've liked that song for years. Finally got a CD with it on. *loves*
To me it sounds angry and despairing, but not deafeated.
