Ditto to Bean, also I find that live people in a coffin thing very effective too. I tell myself that should I wake up in a coffin I'd just go back to sleep cause I'd run out of air pass out and THEN die. But I know I wouldn't. I'd get a panic attack. I HATE confined spaces. I'd get this unquenchable need to sit up, man I can't even lie under my bed anymore without freakin out. Not cool. It is either a very rare, very very in control or very drugged up person that wouldn't freak about being buried alive. That's for sure.
