ithika: (Eggs don't like falling from 33m heights)
I had some craaazy dream just now... it involved sleeping... and Unisfa, and Unisfa having many rooms, made of books, with beds in them. And they were so cozy... then I woke up and realised I was late. Late, late late.
How does it go... no time to say hello goodbye I'm late I'm late I'm late!!

Anyway.
I finished that History essay on Sunday, like I planned to. And it was actually Sunday when I finished it, too.
Apparantly, Philosophy in the Second Semester is going to be all internet-tuts... ??
Downloading slides so tedious.
I'm not going to be online much. Seeing as I am actually *gasp* Studying, most of the time. It is rather incredible, wouldn't you say? I thought so. But I can't help feeling that it's hopeless.

Where is the Phys. Rec centre? It's not that Gym-place, is it now...

Oh! The history/philosophy desk is so messy. Somehow, that was a very right way for it to be.

I love my ADSL connection.

Who else will be getting the Signed CAD books? I was sort of tempted to try for getting one of them in hardback, but I
A) Really can't/shouln't afford it
B) Don't think I'll be able to now, because there's only 500, and they'll sell like something ridiculous.

But I think... I don't know, actually. Well, I have until the 20th of June, right. I think I will get them. But I don't like Volume 2's cover.

Aaaand, that's time.
Adios, amigos

P.S Rain is awesome. So is winter - it makes sleep that much better, which is really saying alot.

Study so uninspiring today. Oh well. Really must hop-to-it now.
Annoying- whenever I'm studying, I have the most intriguing drawing ideas. Doesn't help that I've spent a great deal of time in the recent past learning about Templars
ithika: (that's what a ship is [POTC])
*whimpers* I have to go to Redstripe. Not that they'll have any Period Clothing in Period-colours or styles, but still. Not that I'd actually want to wear a practical corset, but still.

Anyway, I've actually got alot of study done thus far, even if I completely disregarded my timetable, opting to study only psych, because really, I've done nothing for that subject all semester. Uhm... Oh yes...

I got back my letter to me! )

I was sort of worried that I mightn't have put the right address on the envelope (yes, I know, unsure of my own address, how sad is that), but evidently I got it. Whee!
There are also Geneprints and a UFO on the letter, but I couldn't be bothered drawing them.

Uhm, what else... I'ma go driving now/soon. My old TEE-study-playlist is good. Study is going better than you might think. I wonder if I need to do as much as I'm doing. I still think that somehow people think I do more than I do. I wish I could not worry about exams. But that is the path to failure/less-than-satisfactory marks, I guess.

Sometimes, I really do wonder how the world works. I seem to have changed alot in the past six months, although I'm still really much the same. I wouldn't say that it's all been gradual changes. Most have been brought on by sudden decisions to change something - one way one day, different the next. Interesting.

I will go now [again]. I wonder if this counts as spamming. Sorry if it does.

List your current six favorite songs, then pick six other people that have to do the same.
(Apparently we need reasoning too, ok!)

1. Time Stands Still (At the Iron Hill) - Blind Guardian
I likes it. It's about Fingolfin. Fingolfin needs much more attention than he ordinarially gets.

2. Mad World - Gary Jules
It's pretty, haunting, sad. Makes me think of Donnie Darko, and Lit Camp.

3. Section 12 (Hold Me Now) - The Polyphonic Spree
I love this song. It's orchestral and uplifting. A good morning song.

4. Cessation - The Music
Another song I like for it's good sound and upliftingness.

5. To.. Zanarkand - FF Pianoness from [livejournal.com profile] lone_one
It is preeeetty. And conductive to study!!

6. Imperial March - Rage Against the Machine version
It feeds my Star Wars fandom, and is goddamned awesome. The best theme song ever, meets one of me faavourite musac peoples :)

I pass on the baton to... Uhm... No-one really, everyone's been tagged *weeps*
Oh! No! I tag [livejournal.com profile] volandum, I don't think has been tagged. *evil laughter*

That done, I will say that study was quite a success today. And that the Psych book is obese.
