To mark this momentous occasion (being my final day of study for the TEE), I have decided to make an hourly log of my thoughts and emotions, and actions (since my comp is on anyway due to mp3s…).
This wasn’t written for your enjoyment… but if you like it, bully for you!
8am
Ugh. Morning. No power. Rain. Rain is good.
Read JtHM comics to pass time up until 9am. Realised cartouche on Nny t-shirt legitimately spells Nny. Damn, awesome.
9am
Power returns. Made toast with peanut butter and vegemite (not mixed). Watched end of Russel Coight in time up to 10am.
Alas! End of show not on tape. Angry.
10am
Study begins.
11am
Very tired. Will sleep to try to gain energy.
It worked! Remarkably. Had dream, somebody saying (me, but not my voice, “Well you’re not the final quest” – a retort to some insulting remark).
12pm
By the way, awoke at a start because of some noise. Do not like noises in house when am alone. Urban Morphology very interesting.
1pm
Going to collect pay and buy phone credit. $44, go me! Friday shift clearly complete waste of time. John (store owner) there. Hate. Hope I concealed hate well enough (clearly does not approve of my choice of attire). Also went to shops, as from 1pm is my one hour break time.
Jay Jays fills me with terror.
2pm.
Oh dear. Not home yet. Nearly, though. Hair is 2.30 tomorrow, will cost $51. (How is it that all hairdressers I’ve dealt with are nice people?) Bunny Suicides 2 very amusing. Was quite blinded by surprising amount of sunlight in carpark. Could not see. Bad.
….So much noise in house. Grrr.

Urban morphology boring. Utterly. (Daniel Johns very pretty) Wish I could have done Geology instead. But not really – exam not until next week. Ick.
[Winging Geography on current knowledge so appealing at this point]
4 pm
You know, had it not been for the extended answer section in the Mocks, I would have gotten (a staggering) 78% in that exam. Damn. Extended answer shall surely be the end of me. *sigh*
I made a good thing the other day. Not today, but I’ll post it anyway.
You know, being good at a subject isn’t actually a good thing. Especially not in geography. It makes me complacent. Photoshop brings joy.
5pm
Not really much to say. Washed hair. Am re-answering long answer questions to mock exam. Hah, I know things now. Study is good. Have run out of Chocolate Licorice Sticks. All the joy is gone from my life.
Caught finger in big heavy wooden sliding door (people that know my house – the one with the corkboard) and it hurt. Luckily, not a finger associated with writing.

Cannot study. Too much noise. Angry.
There are 199151 files on my computer.
7pm.
Have revised everything. Everything, that is, except Northam. Ha! Screwed. Well, not really. It’s more than possible to pass. But I need to ace this exam. (My average in multi choice is 15/20, and my average in short answer; 15.5/20. My average in long answer, however, is only about 34.5/60. Which isn’t that great.)
Sigh. I might sleep soon. I have been studying since 10am. With only a slight disturbance. Flash like ____ caught in the headlights of a truck
